I thought the hotel was wonderful! I wish I had been staying there throughout my entire vacation. The room was extremely clean as was the rest of the hotel. It was very close, maybe 5 minutes from the Markt in Bruges and from there the city is yours! Also, I was traveling alone and felt very safe in the hotel as well as walking through the city.
There was some street noise which subsided after 10 pm.

A Cozy Stay with Great Local Tips
We enjoyed two nights in a charming executive room with a balcony. The pillows were a challenge at first, but the front desk quickly provided a thinner one. Exploring Bruges was easy, and trying the local dining spots recommended by staff.

In overall, the place is fabulous, has attentive staff at all times. The atmosphere of the hotel is family. The property has a fab location, really close to restaurants, the center of the old town, the Aragon and the Swan Hotels' Team. Historic Centre of Brugge is a district that deserves exploring. Would come here again for a christmas.
